2.   SITE DETAILS
2.1. Background
In November 2017 Council provided a siting variation for the dwelling to be constructed 1.9 metres
from the rear boundary, construction of the dwelling house was finalised in April 2018.
2.2. Site Description
The subject site is a square shaped lot located on the western side of Robert Street, Noosaville and
described as Lot 3 on RP87781. The site contains a contemporary residential dwelling with boundary
walls along common boundaries with adjoining neighbours.
Pedestrian and vehicular access is from Robert Street with a double garage accessed from the
driveway. The subject site is serviced by standard community infrastructure including reticulated
water supply and sewerage, underground telecommunications and overhead electricity supply,
bitumen roadways and kerb and channel.
