In view of the minor nature of the proposed changes, and the mere alignment of the changes to the most recently approved changes to the higher order Material Change of Use approval, we now request Council’s written confirmation that the enclosed plans are ‘generally in accordance’ with the approved operational works package. We can confirm that generally in accordance fee of $542.00 will be payed upon receipt of the payment advice from Council.
