Please find enclosed a development application for a Material Change of Use to be assessed by Noosa
Council. In support of this application please find enclosed:

    ●​   Landowner’s consent;
    ●​   DA Form 1;
    ●​   Proposal Plans prepared by Skale Building Design;
    ●​   Slope Stability Assessment prepared by Tectonic;
    ●​   Engineering Plans prepared by SCG Consulting Engineers;
    ●​   Site and Soil Evaluation and Soil Test Report prepared by Australian Soil Investigations.

Payment of the relevant fee will be made once a reference number and payment link has been received.
