I wish to make a submission in regard to the Material Change of Use for U3A Noosa ( University of the Third Age), from Office use to
Education -Type 3 Adult & Ancillary Carpark. Lot 601 SP 146047 & Lot 6 6 RP

When I located to this area 12 years ago the first place that I looked for was a local u3a, and now as a member of U3A Noosa I would to
emphasise that this organisation performs a significant part in the life of its members providing social interaction, friendships and
education.  U3A is an essential part of the day for many members who as they age find themselves at a loss to find interests that stimulate
their minds and friendships to share this with.

Personally I have never had difficulty in finding a car park in either the Church grounds that are rented or u3a itself and I believe that this is
primarily due to fact that many of the members use public transport, walk or car pool.
