Council’s support is respectfully sought for this Minor Change application, subject to the inclusion of a
reasonable and relevant condition formalising the spa structure and awning as shown on the submitted
plans.

The property owner has obtained formal consent from the Body Corporate for improvements within the
Exclusive Use Area of Lot 0 GTP472 associated with Lot 2. The Minutes of the Ensenada CTS 2019 Body
Corporate meeting held on 11 October 2024 confirm this approval. A copy is included in the owner’s
consent documentation accompanying this application.


2.   Background

A Town Planning Consent TPC 808 for Multiple Dwellings containing three units was approved on 9
February 1979.

On 19 November 2004, Council approved a Minor Change to include spas within the frontage of each of
the three units.

On 15 December 2005, Council approved a Minor Change relating to carport for Unit 3.

A copy of the Decision Notice (2004) and associated Approved Plans is included at Appendix B to this
report for reference.
