10 Conclusions 10.1. EFFICACY OF ORIGINAL RETAIL NEEDS ASSESSMENT In conclusion, the Request for Further Information, together with our further analysis of the issues raised, has not resulted in any need to change our original ‘Noosa Civic - Retail Needs Assessment’ report which was lodged with the application.
