−     Planting Maintenance Program for Superintendent’s approval and Logbook
      recording when and what maintenance work has been done and what materials,
      including toxic materials, have been used.
−     Plant suppliers must be approved by the Superintendent prior to placing orders.
      Submit to Superintendent details of proposed supplier(s) including industry
      accreditation and third-party assessed QA system. Submit data on sources and
      manufacturers of other components for Superintendent’s approval - Prior to
      ordering.
Irrigation
−     Scaled Design Drawings as specified for coordination and comment - Prior to
      installation
−     Letter of Certification confirming that design and details comply with this
      specification and its Design Intent - Prior to installation
−     All necessary local authority permits and approvals prior to installation. This
      includes the supply and placement of backflow prevention devices, if required. -
      Prior to installation
−     Supply product literature, trouble-shooting and industry warrantees on the system
      components. This operation manual shall take the form of a hard cover ring binder
      - Prior to Practical Completion
−     Supply written copy of typical Summer and Winter Irrigation programs - Prior to
      Practical Completion
−     Carry out a Training Program to ensure that maintenance staff can operate the
      system - Prior end of Establishment/ Maintenance period.

6.2          "As Constructed" Drawings
1 x digital copy of each plan to be provided of the following drawings:
Irrigation Works
“As Constructed” Drawings of the irrigation works shall be submitted to the
Superintendent prior to Practical Completion.
“As Constructed” drawings shall include:
−     All valve locations
−     All pipe locations, sizes and depths
−     All wiring and wiring joints
−     Spray head locations
−     Automatic controllers, rain switches
−     All other valving
−     Typical valve box assembly
−     Irrigation pumps
Electrical services
−     “As Constructed” Drawings of the electrical works shall be submitted to the
      Superintendent prior to Practical Completion.
Path Network
Including constructed levels for walkways, paths, ramps and stairs
