Risks & Opportunities
The implementation of the Noosa Environment Strategy 2019 and supporting Implementation Plan
are endorsed Council programs and this report articulates performance. Specific risks and
opportunities are highlighted in each performance benchmark area.

External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder
There has been no external consultation for this specific report, though it is noted that many of the
programs have external implementation partners, who are key community stakeholders.
Internal Consultation
Many of the programs in the Noosa Environment Strategy Implementation Plan are implemented
by different Council departments and there is ongoing liaison.
