SERVICING
Bin enclosures are provided on the northern boundary of the site. As agreed as part of the previous
development approval, the refuse bins will be collected and emptied from the Council land to the
rear of the site.

INFRASTRUCTURE
A Site based stormwater management plan has been prepared by Alta Engineers and this is
included in the supporting documents. The Plan provides details of the proposed strategy for
collecting, treating and discharging stormwater from the site. The report has been prepared in
accordance with Council policy and current best practice. The reports recommends a bio-retention
basin which will be located in the south western corner of the site.

It should be noted that the proposed Site Plan confirms that the finished floor level of the basement
will be RL 5.70, which will allow the basement to gravity drain to a pit located to the south east of
the site in Doonella Street (RL 3.0).

The site is already connected all the necessary urban services including water, sewer, electricity and
telecommunications.
