Re: Development situated at Unit 2, 37 Gateway Drive, NOOSAVILE QLD 4566 described as Lot 2 on SP1777640;
Request for a Material Change of Use.

In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Leigh Stalker T/A Noosa Strength Centre we hereby submit
a Material Change of Use application in accordance with the Planning Act 2016.

Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Councils assessment of the submission:

        •    IDAS Form 1;
        •    Owners and Body Corporate Consent;
        •    The Town Planning Report and relevant supporting Appendices; and
        •    Noosa Council’s Electronic Correspondence Agreement form.

Once receipt of the application has been confirmed we will organize payment of the application. Please confirm the
application fee which has previously been provided by Council on the July 11 th 2017 of $4,187.
