RE: RESPONSE TO COUNCIL’S FURTHER ADVICE ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPLICATION LODGED FOR THE
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT 16 MCANALLY DRIVE, SUNSHINE BEACH.

Issue
The submitted documentation makes not comment on the existing and proposed stormwater drainage
system.
Information Required
3. Provide comment on the existing stormwater drainage system and its historical performance and also
     whether any changes are proposed to the stormwater drainage system.
Response
It is understood that the property currently drains to a relatively recently installed Atlantis Flo Tank which
functions as the site LPOD via infiltration which is functioning without issue. As the proposed works will
not materially change the catchments directed to the infiltration tank there is not expected to be any
change in this outcome and it is therefore reasonably considered to have adequate capacity for the
renovated property. Regular maintenance in accordance with manufacturers specifications will still be
required to the system.
