RE:   Representation to Decision Notice – MCU18/0157 & RAL18/0017 – 34 Elm St Cooroy

On the 20 June 2019, Council issued a Preliminary Approval for Material Change of Use
of Premises - Retail Business – Type 2 Shop & Salon and Reconfiguring a Lot
(Boundary realignment).

In accordance with Section 75 (2) of the Planning Act 2016, the applicant gives notice to
Noosa Council to suspend the applicant’s appeal period.

Updated plans with changes to the northern façade of the building will be forthcoming.
