Information Request Response – Selected Items
Material Change of Use Application: MCU15/0111

Calibre Consulting (QLD) has prepared various Stormwater Management Plans for this site. The current MCU application
was supported by report B14158-03A Dated 12 November 2015.

This letter is in response to Council’s Information Request dated 21 December 2015 for the Palm Lake Retirement Village
Development Application. This letter specifically addresses engineering items (Items 3 through to 19). Responses are
based on new analysis and discussions with council offices on 13 Jan 2016.

Item 3. Submit a Waste Management Plan in accordance with Noosa Planning Scheme Policy 11 – Waste
Management Plans. The Plan must demonstrate how the proponent will comply with Noosa Planning Scheme
Policy 9 – Waste Management. The plan must also address refuse truck accessibility and turning paths within
the site in compliance with Council’s requirements.

Our Response

Calibre Consulting has prepared an engineering drawing (attached 15-001261 sheet SK114) indicating turning paths for
the street layout over the site. Further details concerning the Waste Management refer to Palm Lake Works.


Item 4. Provide updated survey plan encompassing the entire development site and any relevant features and
survey data external to the site.

Calibre Consulting has prepared drawings (attached 15-001261 sheets SK110 to SK113) indicating the existing survey of
the site compiled from various survey sources.
