THIS MATTER HAVING on 14 October 2011 come on for hearing by way of an appeal from
the decision of the Sunshine Coast Regional Council to approve subject to conditions a
development application (superseded planning scheme) for ,:1 development permit for a
material change of use for an accommodation building and multiple dwellings (109 units) in
relation to land at 1 Serenity Close, Noosa Heads in the State of Queensland and more
particularly described as lot 603 on SP188270 ("development application").

UPON THE COURT BEING SATISFIED:

l.     The requirements of the Integrated Planning Act 1997 wlth          respect to the
       commencement of these proceedings have been complied with.
2.     The requirements of the Integrated Planning Act 1997, with respect to the public
       notification of the development application the subject of these proceedings have
       been complied with,


IT IS ADJUDGED THAT:
