2.2.2 COMMONWEALTH APPROVAL
In addition to local and State government approvals, an Environment Protection and
Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (EPBC Act) referral associated with the
approved development was made on the 19 April 2013.
On the 4 June 2013, it was determined that the approved development was not a
controlled action i.e., an EPBC Act approval was not required.
