        Strategy:   To undertake planning of the location of environmental controls, ensure
                    management measures proposed are in compliance with the EMP and associated
                    storage and disposal areas are located to ensure minimal impact during the ERP

        16. Meet with Restoration Ecologist , Council Representative and Project Manager on site to confirm
            areas of implementation, management arrangements and EMP responsibilities.
        Performance Requirement: Compliance planning to be checked by Restoration Ecologist prior to
        ERP implementation commencing.

        Reporting: ERP Contractor to liaise with Project Manager and provide confirming program that the
        above actions have been addressed prior to construction commencing
        Corrective Action: Amend plans and program to ensure compliance.
