4.1 TOPOGRAPHY
The landform pattern of the site can be described as predominantly south-facing,
undulating rises (UR) to rolling rises (RR) according to the National Committee on Soil and
Terrain (2009), with much of the land lying between 8.5 m and 22.5 m AHD (Figure 15).
Observed topography differed from the mapped contours due to existing development of
the land for car parking and sales office.
