104. Noise from building works associated with residential development shall comply with the
     following –
      a.     Limited to between 7:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Saturday.
      b.     All reasonable measures are taken to minimise noise emissions.
      c.     Not permitted on Sunday or public holidays.
Communication with existing residents
105. The developer shall institute a fortnightly communication with residents within Serenity Close
     to advise of construction progress and works to be undertaken in the coming fortnight.
