          I am a tradesman who does a lot of work in the industrial area and drive
          through Eumundi Rd as my access to work out of Noosa.
          I support the application and all of the businesses that are in the
          planning report.
          We have lacked in Noosa a good servo we can use whilst towing out
          work trailers to get fuel and grab a bite to and from jobs. Having the cafe
          as well is a bonus as there is nothing easy to get to, particularly of a
          morning on that side of the road as we head to jobs.
          I believe it is an improvement to have new development on this land and
          the undeveloped land behind.
          It is a good use of the industrial land as not a lot has been developed to
          date.
