Development Proposal
GH Properties is proposing to develop a boutique hotel adjacent to the existing Noosa
Springs Clubhouse complex (see Figure 3). The proposal is for two and three storey
buildings with a large pool and tennis courts as well as the usual associated infrastructure
such as a café and reception.

The proposal also intends to revegetate areas outside of the development footprint to the
east of the proposed development, currently a tennis court and a partly vegetated area,
abutting Resort Drive as part of the landscaping works.

We further note, ingress and egress the proposed Hotel will remain via existing road, Links
Drive from Noosa Heads.
