Local Law (Repealing) Local Law (No. 1) 2015
1 Short Title
This local law may be cited as Local Law (Repealing) Local Law (No. 1) 2015,
2. Commencement
This local law commences on 30 June 2015 (the commencement date provided in the Noosa
Shire Council (Making of Local Law) Notice (No.1) 2015 published in the Queensland
Government Gazette.
3 Local Laws Repealed
This local law repeals cach of the following local laws -
(a) Noosa Shire Council Local Law No. | (Administration) 201 1.
(b) Noosa Shire Council Local Law No. 2 (Animal Management) 2011
(c) Noosa Shire Council Local Law No. 3 (Community Health and Environmental
Management) 2011
(d) Noosa Shire Council Local Law No. 4 {Local Government Controlled Areas, Facilities,
Infrastructure and Roads) 2011
(¢) Noosa Shire Council Local Law No. 5 (Parking) 2011
(f) Noosa Shire Council Local Law No. 6 (Bathing Reserves) 2011
4 Expiration
This local law expires on the day after commencement,
CERTIFICATION
This and the preceding 2 pages bearing my initials is a certified copy of Noosa Shire
Council Local Law (Repealing) Local Law (No. 1) 2015, made in accordance with the
provisions of the Local Government Act 2009, by Noosa Shire Council by resolution dated
2015,
