RE: Development Application — Development Permit for Material Change of Use of Premises —
Entertaining & Dining Business Type 1 — Food & Beverages (Outdoor Dining) over Land described
as Lot 32 on N21854 and situated at 90 Noosa Pde, Noosa Heads Qid 4567 — MCU13/0069

Dear Sir,

| wish to advise that Martoo Consulting has undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the
above development application in accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009,

chapter 6, part 4, division 2.

The public notification included:

MH Publishing a notice in the Noosa News on 29" October 2013

A copy of the newspaper advertisement is attached to this notice; and

[J Placing one (1) notice on the land in the way prescribed under the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009

from 29" October 2013 until 20" November 2013
Photos of the signs erected on the land are attached to this notice; and

i] Giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the land. A list of the names and addresses of the

adjoining landowners and the date they were notified is attached to this notice.
