REASON FOR CLOSED SESSION
The meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to section 254(J)(3)(e) of the Local Government
Regulation 2012 as it is necessary to do so to discuss defending legal proceedings involving the
Council for reason outlined below:

1. This report relates to resolving Council’s interests in legal proceedings and it is appropriate to
deal with the matter in closed session.
