3.4 LANDSCAPING

Established vegetation will be maintained. New landscaping will be provided to complement the
proposed development in accordance with a rural landscape master plan currently being developed by
Conlon Group Landscape Architects.

3.5 INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES

Waste collection will be provided as per previous arrangements.

The site can be connected to electrical and telecommunications. The existing water tank and effluent
disposal area is sufficient to service the proposed development. An On-site effluent disposal report will
be prepared by Australian Soil Investigations and their site inspection has confirmed that the site has
amble area to effectively treat sewerage onsite in accordance with Council requirements.
