Hi Lisa,

Just thought I’d send you a brief update on the referral for the Cooroy DA.

I can confirm that in accordance with Section 5.1 of the DA Rules, we gave a copy of the application to SARA within 10 business days of receiving the confirmation notice.

SARA issued us with an action notice for the application being not properly referred in accordance with Section 8.1 of the DA Rules on 25 July 2019. The action notice relates to an additional referral trigger and requires the payment of an additional referral fee. We have 20 business days to respond to the action notice (i.e. pay the fee) in accordance with S8.2 of the DA Rules.

Once the additional fee is paid, we have 5 business days to send notice to you that the application has been properly referred in accordance with S8.2 of the DA Rules.
