 Servicing                    The shed includes existing electricity and telecommunications. Toilet
                              facilities are available in the adjacent shed used for residential purposes.

The application proposes to use an existing shed for a home based business associated with metal
fabricating. There are no new building works proposed and the application is in response to planning
compliance advice letter.
