     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:            Cr Wellington
     Seconded:         Cr Stockwell
     That Council note the report by the Principal Environment Officer to the Planning and
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 12 November 2019 and the Further Report to the
     General Committee Meeting dated 18 November 2019 and resolve to commence public
     consultation on the Draft Noosa Biosecurity Plan provided at Attachment 1, from 25
     November until 23 December 2019.
                                                                     Carried unanimously.

     REFUSAL OF APPLICATION FOR OPERATIONAL WORKS - PRESCRIBED TIDAL
     WORKS - EXTENSION TO EXISTING JETTY AT 180 GYMPIE TERRACE, NOOSAVILLE

     That Council note the report by the Acting Manager Development Assessment to the
     Planning & Environment Committee Meeting dated 12 November 2019 regarding Planning
     & Environment Court Appeal No. D186 of 2019 and agree to defend the appeal.
