Boundary realignment
The application also seeks approval to realign the boundary between existing Lots 94 & 95 to
reflect the proposed layout. The boundary realignment allows the digital hub and associated car
parking to be contained within proposed Lot 2 with various easements for access and services as
shown below in Figure 7.
