Figure 5 – Proposed Aged Care Facility Layout Plan Extract
The lot reconfiguration component of the application proposes to consolodate the site’s 4 existing
lots into 3 lots and relocate some boundaries as shown in the plan extract in Figure 6 below
(refer to Attachment 4 for full plan). The resultant 3 lots will separate the retirement village, aged
care facility and existing rural dwelling onto individual lots.

The application is before Council due to the development’s conflict with the provisions of The
Noosa Plan for the Rural zoning of one of the site’s allotments.
