Two (2) pylon signs are proposed to be located along the site’s Holts Road frontage. The
Signage Schedule prepared by Reddog Architects indicates that these signs are 2.2m x 5m (width
x height).

The “S1” pylon sign will contain two (2) internally illuminated sign boxes, one (1) identifying the
name of the fuel tenant and one (1) identifying the name of the fast food tenant.

The “S2” pylon sign will contain one (1) internally illuminated sign box identifying the name of the
fuel tenant. The “S2” pylon sign will also contain internally illuminated fuel price signage.

Building and fuel canopy signage is also identified on the Signage Schedule prepared by Reddog
Architects.
