The zone map refers to schedule 6 of the planning scheme. Schedule 6 identifies the site as
“Holts Road Cooroy” – refer to extract below.




The Noosa Shire Council approved an industrial subdivision at Taylor Court in November 2006,
under application reference 2005/2159.       The Decision Notice also approved a Plan of
Development which set out a number of parameters for future development on the lots within
the subdivision. The referenced Plan of Development is included in Figure 5 and is also attached.
The Plan of Development includes a supplementary table of development which identifies the
proposed land uses as impact assessable and inconsistent. Despite the assessment requirements
embedded in the approved Plan of Development, an impact assessable application is required to
be assessed against the entire planning scheme.
