          Statutory clearances in accordance with the Electrical Safety Regulations 2013
           are maintained after completion of roadworks. This includes ground clearances
           and clearances to road equipment, such as lighting structures; and
          Compliance with Energex’s Distribution Earthing Manual regarding clearances
           to transmission structures.
    Note: the Applicant is to liaise with Energex regarding specific road design
    requirements to accommodate the 132kV electricity infrastructure corridor. Where
    required to facilitate the development, the Developer/Applicant will be responsible
    for any design and construction costs associated with relocation of electricity
    infrastructure and/or other general works on the easement.

Prudent Avoidance

The Applicant is to provide an EMF Report prepared by a suitably qualified
professional, which as a minimum, addresses the following points:
          Current and future levels of EMF at the common boundary of Easement B on
           RP177295 and any proposed lots;
          Compliance to applicable standards for EMF with reference to ARPANSA and
           other international standards; and
          Practical measures to reduce EMF to demonstrate the concept of prudent
           avoidance
    Note: the subdivision plan is to be amended to incorporate any recommendations of
    the EMF Report.
