3.   Provide revised preliminary engineering plans supported by MUSIC modelling which demonstrate
     that the pollutant load reduction targets will be achieved prior to discharge from the subject site.

Refer to preliminary engineering drawing P07 and the attached MUSIC Model. Catchment
specific bioretention basins will be provided for new roof and hardstand areas. Rainwater
harvesting and reuse will also be included as part of the proposed water quality management
scheme.


8.   Undertake detailed assessment of the proposed changes to the parking layout including:

a)   Compliance with the AS2890 Australian Standard series.

Refer to preliminary engineering drawing P06 for details of aisle widths, ramp gradients and
parking bay dimensions. The internal road network generally complies with AS2890.

b)   The refuse vehicle swept path assessment indicates that it is extremely tight. It should be redone
     using an appropriate clearance envelope and with the vehicle travelling on both directions along the
     critical parts of the route.

Refer to preliminary engineering drawing P05 for details of service vehicle swept paths. The
existing access driveway is generally adequate for the design vehicle (waste collection vehicle).
Some minor pavement widening will be required in order to accommodate the entry and exit
manoeuvres of the waste collection vehicle.
