Higher flow prediction from Rational Method is expected, as represented by Table 3.3 and Table 3.4. However, both modelling results indicate that the proposed development would cause similar amount of flow increase. Therefore, it is confirmed that the proposed development will likely cause flow increases that could create actionable nuisances. The above table 3.5 represent a 20% increase in rainfall intensity in accordance with Noosa Planning Scheme Policy. Although the difference in flows increase in all events the increase is a maximum of 3L/S.
