The existing location of the sealed access driveway is maintained in its current location.
A new access crossover in a similar location is now proposed that will improve transition
driveway slopes and overall safety when using the driveway. The new crossover will
replace the existing crossover at the end of construction activity. The GAIAxDesign
drawings A.101 Site Plan and A.201 Lower Ground Floor Plan identify the proposed
driveway and new crossover.
