Lodgement of Operational Works Application


Operational Works (Advertising Devices) on land at Lot 1 Tingirana, 25 Hastings St Noosa Heads,
being legally described as Lot 0 on SP133503.


Please find enclosed our client’s operational works application for an Advertising Device to be
located at the abovementioned address. This application is made under the provisions of the
Noosa Plan.


Based on our assessment the advertising device could be deemed to comply with the Self
Assessable provisions of the Noosa Plan, but as the applicant has had prior discussions with Council
officers and there is some disagreement on interpretation of the signage the applicant has taken
the necessary steps to lodge this application.


In accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, this application includes the following:

          IDAS forms 1 & 6, duly completed;
          The town planning report and relevant supporting documents;
          Noosa Council’s Electronic Correspondence Agreement form;
