                 You are advised that on 18 July 2024, Council decided that a development approval is not
                 required for the following assessable development:
                 •      Building Work Assessable against the Planning Scheme – Dwelling House (for
                        provisions and outcomes assessment against the Flood Hazard Overlay Code only)
                 This Exemption Certificate has effect for 2 years after the day the certificate was given, and,
                 attaches to the premises and benefits each of the owners, the owners’ successors in title and
                 any occupiers of the premises.
