Plan 2020. These matters are set out in;

   • Proposed development intent;

   • Description of the characteristics of site and surrounds;

   • An assessment of the proposal against the State planning interests;

   • An assessment of the proposal against the Noosa Plan 2020; and

   • A conclusion that provides summary grounds which support the proposed development.

This report should be read in conjunction with the accompanying covering letter, DA Form and
Appendices. The proposed renovation and Code Application is consistent with the intent of the
Noosa Plan 2020 for the subject land and warrants approval subject to reasonable and relevant
conditions.
