EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Not applicable.

RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Financial Accountant to the Planning & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 21 July 2015 and adopt the additional General Cost Recovery and
Commercial Fees and Charges as detailed in Attachment 1 to the report.


REPORT
At the Special Budget Meeting held on 29 June 2015, Council adopted the 2015-16 General Cost
Recovery and Commercial Fees and Charges schedules as presented in Attachment 9 of the
meeting documentation.

It has since become apparent through the systematic update of Council’s forms and templates in
preparation for the 2015-16 financial year that a number of items have been inadvertently
omitted, included or incorrectly indexed from the adopted schedules.

To ensure that the twenty one (21) fees and bonds can be appropriately amended Council is
requested to adopt the charges for inclusion or deletion in the 2015/16 General Cost Recovery
and Commercial Fees and Charges schedule.

Nil.

Finance & Risk

Failure to reinstate the charges would result in the non-recovery of costs that would otherwise be
recovered via the fee or charge.
