Figure 3 – Previous road dedication at the western end of Wimmers Lane and the buildings built
to Wimmers Lane boundary at the eastern end of Wimmers Lane.

The reasons for the previous dedications were:
   the development required additional road width to provide safe vehicle access, being
     located on the corner of Wimmers Lane and Wattle Street
   a redevelopment immediately adjoining the aforementioned development extended the
     road widening
Both land acquisitions are on the south western end of Wimmers Lane close to Wattle Street.
The land acquisition had a clear intent of providing a new development with safe access and a lot
which immediately adjoins this new development extended the road widening.
