Westera Partners Pty Ltd has been commissioned by C & J Blake to prepare a Stormwater Management
Report to accompany a development application to Noosa Council for a proposed residential
development.

The proposal involves the construction of a residential dwelling on an existing rural lot along with new
access driveway, renovation of the existing dwelling, ancillary structures including stables & shed and
ground level features. Driveway access will be provided via a rural access crossover from Weyba Road.

This report documents how stormwater runoff will be managed on site in accordance with Noosa
Council’s (NC’s) requirements.
