My client has also requested that you please provide the following to
enable us to better understand Councils position and facilitate future
discussions:
 
·         a copy of the hydraulic consultant’s report that was the
basis for Councils change in position from the initial pre lodgement
meeting;
·         Confirmation of the sections of the planning scheme and
policies that the proposal conflicts with.

Dear Kerri
I have discussed today's events with my wife tonight and we have
decided to pause the assessment so we can take a breather.
We agreed with Council’s suggestion for a reconfiguration application
in order to address the concerns you brought to our attention.
Given the time and money we have spent on this unsuccessful
application, we are not inclined to appeal the matter. 
If there is to be a change at our property, the only way we see is to
work with you to find if there is a solution that works for both
parties. 
I will ask Nadine to confirm the pausing of our assessment in the
morning so that our application is not reported to the July meeting.
Nadine mentioned you were available to discuss with me tomorrow and I
would like to do so when you are available. 
Please let me know a suitable time to call.
