Attention: Assessment Manager,

I wholeheartedly express my strong support for this car wash application, especially as a devoted four-wheel-driving family who frequently embarks on beach drives. The proposed car wash's location is undeniably convenient for those of us who enjoy off-road adventures, as it offers a perfect stopover for cleaning our vehicles after beach trips. This convenience is not just a time-saver; it also ensures that our four-wheel drives are well-maintained, extending their life and performance for future adventures.

The proposed development of a car wash in this location is a well-considered addition that seamlessly integrates with the existing character of the area, ensuring it doesn't appear out of place.
Typically you see businesses like service stations and car washes together, which means the car wash compliments the existing character of the neighbourhood.

In conclusion, this car wash application receives my enthusiastic support, primarily due to its immense convenience for avid four-wheel drivers like our family and its well-planned location that respects the purpose and character of the area, while also preserving precious industrial land for future needs. It's a well-considered and beneficial addition to the community.
Please approve.

Kind Regards
Rachel Whyte
