ESTABLISH A DUAL OCCUPANCY

Please find enclosed Development Application for a Material Change of Use and associated
operational works to establish a Dual Occupancy at the above site.

In support of the application, please find attached:

   •   DA Form 1, duly completed;
   •   Development Assessment Report, prepared by Project Urban;
   •   Attachment 1 – Planning Scheme Code Assessment, prepared by Project Urban;
   •   Attachment 2 – Proposal Plans, prepared by AAA Design & Development;
   •   Attachment 3 – Landscape Plans, prepared by Project Urban; and
   •   Attachment 4 – Engineering Plan prepared by AAA Design & Development.

An application fee of $8,775.00 applies to the combined application. The Council application
fee will be paid upon receiving a receipt for the application for applicable fee amount.
