      accompanied by:
                 DA Form 1; and
                 Mandatory supporting information identified on the DA Form.

      Development Assessment Fee
      We have calculated the development assessment fees for the Development Application to be $3,041 as
      the proposal is for Reconfiguration of a lot (boundary realignment). Please provide payment notification at
