RE: REPRESENTATIONS TO COUNCIL CONDITIONS___________________________________
Application for a Material Change of Use for a Detached house Located at 38 Park Crescent,
Sunshine Beach and Described as Lot 598 on RP48112: MCU15/0070

We refer to Council’s Decision Notice dated 23 October 2015 regarding the above development application
and wish to suspend the appeal period in order to make representations.

Please find below representations to condition 1 of those conditions imposed by Council in the above
Decision Notice:


Condition 1 – Prior to the issue of a Development Permit the Site Cover of the detached house must
              be reduced to a maximum of 35%

Representation to condition 1 – Please find attached amended plans that have reduced the site cover of
the building to 35%.

Proposed new condition/amended condition/ or delete condition – The proposal now complies with the
condition of approval and the applicant requests that a Development Permit for the dwelling be issued.


The applicant requests that these representations be assessed by Council as soon as possible and that
Council issues a Negotiated Decision Notice which amends the original Decision Notice and issued a
Development Permit as proposed above.
