8    CURRENT STATUS OF COMMUNITY CONSERVATION PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVES
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:             Cr Finzel
     Seconded:          Cr Wegener
     That Council note the report by the Environmental Services Manager to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 7 December 2021 and note the growth in recent
     years in participation in voluntary conservation activities in the community.
                                                                       Carried unanimously.



9    REVIEW OF ENVIRONMENTAL VALUES AND WATER QUALITY OBJECTIVES FOR
     NOOSA RIVER BASIN
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:           Cr Stockwell
     Seconded:        Cr Stewart
     That Council note the report by the Acting Manager Environment Services to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 7 December and note the information concerning the
     review by the Department of Environment and Science on the Environmental Values and
     Water Quality Objectives for the Noosa River Basin.
                                                                       Carried unanimously.




10   PLANNING APPLICATIONS DECIDED BY DELEGATED AUTHORITY – OCTOBER 2021
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:           Cr Stewart
     Seconded:        Cr Wegener
     That Council note the report by the Development Assessment Manger to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 7 December 2021 regarding planning applications
     that have been decided by delegated authority.
                                                                  Carried unanimously.
