MCU15/0003 PM Submission Support - Gayle Benson
Subject: RE: MCU15/0003 From: Gayle Benson Date: 2015-03-26T10:34:07+00:00 To: Mailbox Council Mail To whom it may concern- Noosa Council, It is awesome to see that there is an application for Material Change of Use for the land at 17 Mary River Road, Cooroy which is used by the Combined Coastal Car Club & Cooroy Pony Club. As a nomad who is full time on the road, it is great to have areas like this to safely park our rig and explore the area. So many caravan parks near the coast are fully booked out months in advance; geared up for families with children or have a large population of permanents. Without these sorts of stopovers, we have little choice but to move on to another town. Because we are on the road full time, wherever we stop, we always spend money on fuel, groceries, sightseeing and often eateries. When we came through last year, we managed one night at the stop at Yandina (Browns Creek I think) but then had to go through to Gympie. I for one would support this stopover if it were to be approved. Thank you Gayle Benson 13 Jones St Parkhurst, 4702 Mob: 0407922281
