10. Conclusion
A road traffic and environmental noise assessment was conducted for the proposed mixed-use
development located at 2 Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa Heads. On the condition the recommendations
detailed in Section 9 are implemented, compliance is predicted with Noosa Shire Council assessment
criteria.
