5. CONCLUSION & REASONS FOR DECISION
Since commencing operation in 2013 the Quad Bike Tour business has operated in accordance
with Council’s conditions of approval and has not caused any significant impacts on the amenity
of the area or led to any complaints. The applicant’s request to delete Condition 16 to make the
development permit ongoing is therefore supported.
